新质生产力视角下诚信建设的价值重构与功能完善

摘　　要：诚信建设是构建新型生产关系不可或缺的组成部分,对发展新质生产力意义重大。诚信建设能够引领创新主体遵循诚信价值准则,帮助企业提升创新竞争力,优化新质生产力发展的社会环境。党的十八大以来,我国的诚信建设取得了长足进展,但面对新质生产力的发展诉求,在诚信制度建设、诚信文化培育、商务诚信建设以及创新技术应用等方面仍存在一些不足,亟待进行价值重构和功能完善。新质生产力视角下诚信建设的价值重构主要体现在诚信建设的价值认知提升、价值导向拓展和价值实践延伸等方面,通过强化诚信建设支持保障功能、深化创新成果权益保护功能、优化征信体系数据服务功能,不断完善诚信建设功能,为新质生产力发展注入动力。Integrity construction is an indispensable component of building new production relations and has significant implications for the development of new quality productivity.Integrity construction can lead innovative entities to follow the principle of integrity values,help enterprises enhance their innovation competitiveness,and optimize the social environment for the development of new quality productivity.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,great progress has been made in the construction of integrity in our country.However,in response to the development demands of new quality productivity,there are still some shortcomings in the construction of integrity systems,the cultivation of integrity culture,the construction of business integrity,and the application of innovative technologies.It is urgent to carry out value reconstruction and functional improvement.The value reconstruction of integrity construction from the perspective of new quality productivity is mainly reflected in the enhancement of value cognition,expansion of value orientation,and extension of value practice of integrity construction.By strengthening the support and guarantee function of integrity construction,deepening the protection function of innovative achievements,optimizing the data service function of the credit system,and continuously improving the integrity construction function,it injects momentum into the development of new quality productivity.
