摘  要:为研究芯层为具有负泊松比特性的复合材料夹层板类结构的声振特性,提出了一种可靠的数值仿真方法,笔者运用模型试验对比数值计算的方式对其声振特性进行研究。首先,对碳/玻混杂纤维面板进行模态测试,结合多层次修正技术得到较为准确的面板材料参数;其次,对芯层填充橡胶进行试样单轴压缩试验,得到橡胶在Mooney-Rivilin本构模型下的相关参数;最后,对复合材料夹层板进行空气(水)中强迫振动和水中声辐射试验,得到振动加速度级和辐射声压级的响应。试验与数值仿真结果吻合良好,验证了提出的数值模型的合理性和计算方法的可靠性,为此类复合材料夹层结构的声振特性研究和预报提供了一种可靠的数值仿真方法。In order to provide a reliable numerical simulation method for studying the acoustic and vibration characteristics of composite sandwich plates with negative Poisson's ratio characteristic as the core layer,the acoustic and vibration characteristics are studied by model test compared with numerical calculation.Firstly,the modal test of carbon/glass hybrid fiber panel is carried out,and the more accurate panel material parameters are obtained by combining multi-level correction technology.Then,uniaxial compression test is carried out on the rubber for filling the core,and the related parameters of rubber under Mooney-Rivilin model are obtained.Fi⁃nally,the forced vibration in air(water)and the acoustic radiation in water are tested on the composite sandwich plate,and the response of vibration acceleration level and radiation sound pressure level are obtained.The re⁃sults of the above tests and numerical simulation are in good agreement,which verify the rationality of the nu⁃merical model and the reliability of the calculation method.It provides a reliable numerical simulation method for the study and prediction of the acoustic and vibration characteristics of the new type of composite sandwich struc⁃tures in the future.
