摘　　要：为了提升师生对教务管理系统的满意度,本文通过FMEA(失效模式与影响分析)方法,对教务管理系统存在的潜在风险进行系统分析和评估,确定失效模式、失效影响和失效原因,根据风险评估优先级提出预防和探测措施,以提高系统的可靠性和稳定性。结果表明,FMEA方法能够有效识别和评估教务管理系统建设中的潜在风险,确保系统的高质量交付和稳定运行。To enhance the satisfaction of teachers and students with the academic management system,this paper uses the FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)method to systematically analyze and evaluate the potential risks in the academic management system.It identifies failure modes,failure impacts,and failure causes,and proposes preventive and detection measures based on the priority of risk assessment to improve the reliability and stability of the system.The results show that the FMEA method can effectively identify and assess potential risks in the construction of the academic management system,ensuring high-quality delivery and stable operation of the system.
