摘  要:目的研究氮化铝(AlN)晶须改性加热元件对碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料(CF/PEEK)与7075铝合金电阻焊接接头强度、断面结构和失效形式的影响。方法以聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为树脂基体、AlN晶须为填料、碳纤维织物(CF)为电阻,通过热压成形工艺制备加热元件,并研究其结构和性能对CF/PEEK层压板与7075铝合金电阻焊接接头性能的影响。结果AlN晶须的加入显著提高了加热元件的传热性能,加热元件树脂层热扩散系数随晶须含量的升高有明显提升。同时,单搭接焊接接头强度随着AlN晶须含量的增加迅速升高,当AlN晶须质量分数为7%时,焊接接头强度达到最大值16.51 MPa,但进一步增加AlN晶须含量后,接头强度下降。此外,随着强度的变化,焊接接头断面失效也有多种形式,低强度焊接接头的断面失效形式为聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)膜和加热元件脱粘,而高强度焊接接头的断面失效形式为加热元件中碳纤维断裂和CF/PEEK层压板层间撕裂。结论AlN晶须的加入完善了树脂层导热通道,均化了温度场;适量AlN晶须的存在提升了焊接接头强度,优化了接头断面失效形式。The work aims to investigate the effects of aluminum nitride(AlN)whiskers modified heating elements on the joint strength,cross-sectional structure,and failure modes of resistance welding lap joints between carbon fiber reinforced poly(ether-ether-ketone)composite(CF/PEEK)and 7075 aluminum alloy.The heating elements were prepared via a hot press molding process with poly(ether-ether-ketone)(PEEK)as the resin matrix,AlN whiskers as the fillers,and carbon fiber fabric(CF)as the resistor and the effects of their structures and properties on the performance of resistance-welded joints between CF/PEEK laminate and 7075 aluminum alloy were investigated.The introduction of AlN whiskers significantly improved the heat transfer efficiency of the heating element, and the thermal diffusivity of the resin layer within the heating element substan-tial rose with the whiskers content increased. Meanwhile, the lap shear strength of welded joints increased rapidly with the in-creasing AlN whiskers content, and the strength reached a maximum of 16.51 MPa at 7wt.% AlN whiskers. However, with a higher AlN whiskers content, the joint strength decreased. In addition, the sectional failure of welded joints also varied with the change of strength. The sectional failure of low-strength joints showed debonding of polyetherimide (PEI) film and heating ele-ment, while high-strength joints underwent fracture of carbon fiber in the heating element and interlayer tearing of CF/PEEK laminate. The introduction of AlN whiskers enhances the thermal conductivity within the resin layer, resulting in a more uniform temperature distribution. Moreover, the introduction of optimum amount of AlN whiskers strengthens welded joints and im-proves sectional failure forms of joints.
