渤中A油田破乳剂的室内研究与现场应用

摘  要:随着渤中A油田的滚动开发,破乳剂BH-177不能更好满足油田提液增产的需求。为降低生产分离器水相出口水中含油量,保证注水水质达标,通过室内评选、现场中试及现场放大试验,结合试验及现场取样化验结果,评选出破乳剂BH-L30(第30组试验药剂)为最优替换药剂。结果表明:BH-L30脱水效果明显,最优加注浓度(以破乳剂在水中质量分数计)为4.5×10^(-5),生产分离器水相出口水中含油量能够从1.4×10^(-3)降至7×10^(-4)以下,同时有效减轻污水处理流程处理压力,且注水水质完全达标。此项药剂评选项目对油田增储上产工作提供保障,同时为海上其他相同油组开发油田药剂评选工作提供借鉴。With the rolling development of Bozhong A oilfield,the demulsifier BH-177 cannot better meet the demand for liquid extraction and production increase in the oilfield.In order to reduce the oil content in the wa-ter phase outlet of the production separator and ensure that the water quality of the injection could meet the standard,the demulsifier BH-L30(the 30th group of test agents)was selected as the optimal replacement agent through indoor selection,on-site pilot testing,and on-site amplification testing,combined with experi-mental and on-site sampling and laboratory results.The results showed that BH-L30 had a significant dehydra-tion effect,and the optimal injection concentration based on the mass fraction of demulsifier in water was 4.5×10^(-5).The oil content in the water phase outlet of the production separator could be reduced from 1.4×10^(-3)to be-low 7×10^(-4),while effectively reducing the treatment pressure of the sewage treatment process,and the quality of the injected water fully met the standard.This drug selection project provides a guarantee for the increase of oil reserves and production in the oilfield,and also serves as a reference for the drug selection work in other similar offshore oil formations.
