摘 要:超稠油油藏进入开发中后期,呈现高吞吐轮次、低压力、低油汽比的特征,平面上汽窜严重,纵向上动用不均矛盾突出。为进一步提高该油藏采收率,深入油藏潜力评价,精细论证不同开发方式的可行性,通过井网重构,探索形成了上层系蒸汽驱开发、下层系蒸汽吞吐加气体辅助的精细开发模式。现场应用中注重蒸汽驱动态调控、吞吐方式优化,最大限度挖掘油藏潜力,取得了显著效果,实现了精细开发,保障了区块整体的开发效果。The heavy oil reservoir has entered the middle and late stages of development,exhibiting charac-teristics of high huff and puff cycle,low pressure,and low oil to gas ratio.Serious horizontal displacement and uneven vertical utilization appears frequently.In order to further improve the recovery rate of the reservoir,in recent years,in-depth reservoir potential evaluation has been conducted,and the feasibility of different devel-opment methods has been finely demonstrated.Through well network reconstruction,a refined development model has been explored,which including upper layer steam flooding development and lower layer steam huff and puff assistance.In on-site applications,attention was paid to dynamic control of steam flooding and optimi-zation of throughput methods,maximizing the potential of oil reservoirs and achieving significant results,real-izing fine development,ensuring the overall development effectiveness of the block.
