摘 要:课程思政工作好的经验做法得到广泛传播,成效日渐显著。然而部分教师的关注点仍停留在思政的形式层面,导致同质化、套路化问题逐渐增多。针对当前大学生思想,结合课程“航空通信技术与系统”,以“因时求新、因地制宜、因人而异”为个性化设计思路,探索实施走心、入脑、接地气的课程思政,以期提升思政质效,使“以人为本、个性施教”的思政理念得到更好的认知与实践。The comprehensive promotion of course-based ideology and politics has achieved remarkable results,with good practices widely disseminated.However,some teachers'focus remains on the formal aspects of ideological and political education in the curriculum,leading to issues of homogeneity and routinization being gradually revealed.By analyzing the current reality of students'ideological status,combined with the course of Aeronautical Communication Technologies and Systems,a personalized design approach of keeping up with the times,adapting to local conditions,and varying with individuals,is explored to implement heartfelt,thought-provoking,and practical ideological and political education in the curriculum.The aim is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum,allowing the concept of"people-oriented,individualized teaching"to be better recognized and practiced.
