摘  要:针对不同测试仪器接入配电网时的反送电故障判断,提出了一种配电网线路故障检修反送电防控方法。该方法通过实时采集测试线路上的电流和电压,并判断测试线路上的电流特征和电压特征是否分别与测试仪器输出的电流特征和电压特征相匹配,确定测试线路是否发生反送电,从而保证在不同测试仪器接入的情况下准确识别反送电现象。同时,在确定测试线路存在反送电时,主动断开测试线路与测试仪器的连接并将测试仪器通过接地刀闸接地,保证测试仪器侧的人身安全。Aiming at the fault judgment of reverse transmission when different test instruments are connected to the distribution network,this paper proposes a prevention and control method of reverse transmission for the fault maintenance of distribution network lines.The method collects the current and voltage on the test line in real time,and determines whether the current and voltage characteristics on the test line match the current and voltage characteristics of the test instruments respectively.And determine whether the test line has reverse power supply,so as to ensure that the reverse power supply phenomenon can be accurately identified in the case of different test instruments.At the same time,when it is determined that there is a reverse power supply in the test line,the connection between the test line and the test instrument is disconnected and the test instrument is grounded through the grounding switch to ensure the personal safety of the test instrument side.
