摘 要:为全面提升配电网单相接地故障快速处置能力,基于配电网调度视角,提出了一种利用小电流接地选线装置“定线”、配电自动化智能开关“定段”、全渠道故障报修工单“定点”的“三定”法,以高效处置小电流接地系统下的接地故障。该方法有助于缩短接地故障复归时长、降低开关试拉次数、减小故障隔离停电范围。In order to improve the quick handling ability of single phase grounding fault in distribution network,a "threelocation" method is proposed from the perspective of distribution network dispatching,which combines the "fault line location" of small current grounding line selection device," fault section location" of distribution automation intelligent switch,and " fault point location " of all-channel fault repair work order to efficiently deal with the grounding fault in small-current grounding system.This method is helpful to shorten the time of grounding fault recovery,reduce the number of switch pull tests,and reduce the fault isolation outage range.
