摘 要:在一般的压力型锚杆的基础上,将底部锚杆从拉力型改为压力型,可充分发挥锚杆凝结材料的强度,减少锚杆配置数量和减小基础整体尺寸,大大降低基础机械化施工的难度。在相同地质条件下,采用压力型锚杆时,由于考虑了下部锚杆的荷载分担作用,上部挖孔基础的埋深可减少约1.5~2.0m;综合考虑上部挖孔基础承载力、底部锚杆数量及布置等的要求,上部挖孔部分的直径较常规挖孔基础桩径大,基础作用力越大,直径增幅越显著;总体上,压力型锚杆基础的造价高于常规挖孔基础。对于荷载相对较小的情况,如测算工况中220kV的单回路杆塔、双回路直线等,条件许可时可采用压力型锚杆基础。On the basis of general pressure type anchor rods,this article changes the bottom anchor rod from tension type to pressure type,in order to fully utilize the strength of the anchor rod condensation material,reduce the number of anchor rod configurations and the overall size of the foundation,and greatly reduce the difficulty of mechanized construction of the foundation.Under the same geological conditions,when using pressure type anchor rods,considering the load sharing effect of the lower anchor rods,the burial depth of the upper excavation foundation can be reduced by about 1.5~2.0 m.Taking into account the requirements for the bearing capacity of the upper excavation foundation,the number and arrangement of bottom anchor rods,etc.,the diameter of the upper excavation section increases compared to the conventional excavation foundation pile diameter.The larger the foundation force,the more significant the diameter increase.Overall,the cost of pressure type anchor rod foundation is higher than that of conventional excavation foundation.For situations where the load is relatively small,such as 220 kV single circuit towers,double circuit straight lines,etc.,pressure type anchor rod foundations can be used when conditions permit.
