摘 要:为实现对高压线路瓷支柱绝缘子破损故障的准确检测,提高线路的运行可靠性和安全性,开展了高压线路瓷支柱绝缘子破损故障带电检测技术的研究。首先,提取高压线路瓷支柱绝缘子破损故障的时域特征,初步获取绝缘子破损故障的情况。其次,应用超声探伤技术,将绝缘子内存在的问题进行诊断,确定内部缺陷的类型、位置和大小。在此基础上,利用热像仪对绝缘子表面温度分布进行全方位地检测,判断其工作状态和健康状况。实验结果表明,所提检测技术在检测高压线路瓷支柱绝缘子破损故障时表现出最佳的性能,无论是检测微小裂纹、局部缺损还是较大破损,检测误报率明显较低,能够准确识别不同尺寸和类型的破损。In order to realize the accurate detection of porcelain pillar insulator breakage of high voltage line and improve the operational reliability and safety of the line,the on-line detection technology of porcelain pillar insulator breakage of high voltage line was carried out.Firstly,the time domain characteristics of porcelain pillar insulator failure of high voltage line are extracted,and the condition of insulator failure is obtained initially.Secondly,ultrasonic flaw detection technology is applied to diagnose the problems existing in the insulator and determine the type,location and size of the internal defects.On this basis,the temperature distribution of insulator surface is measured comprehensively by thermal imager to judge its working state and health status.The experimental results show that the proposed detection technology has the best performance in detecting the breakage of porcelain pillar insulator of high voltage line.The false positive rate is obviously low in detecting small crack,local defect or large damage,and the damage of different sizes and types can be accurately identified.
