摘  要:近年来,部分核电厂出现电气控制回路接触器、继电器、开关等辅助触点电阻异常导致控制指令无法正常下达执行机构,造成开关或电动头等设备拒动,给现场机组安全运行带来极大挑战。目前各电厂在检修时未对回路构成情况进行分析,未根据不同的典型控制回路制定不同的触点电阻判断标准,无法准确、及时地发现具有安全运行隐患的辅助触点。为此,对核电厂典型电气控制回路进行研究,探讨典型电气控制回路触点构成情况、回路最大压降允许值、单对触点电阻允许值等技术,确保重要回路和设备的运行安全。In recent years,an internal nuclear power plant of a certain group has experienced abnormal resistance of auxiliary contacts such as electrical control circuit contactors,relays,and switches,which have caused control commands to be unable to be issued to the executing mechanism normally,resulting in equipment such as switches or electric heads refusing to move,posing great challenges to the safe operation of on-site units.At present,during the maintenance of various power plants,the composition of the circuit has not been analyzed,and different contact resistance judgment standards have not been formulated based on different typical control circuits,making it difficult to accurately and timely discover auxiliary contacts with safety operation hazards.This article studies typical electrical control circuits in nuclear power plants,aiming to master the composition of each typical electrical control circuit contact,the maximum allowable voltage drop of the circuit,and the allowable resistance of a single pair of contacts,ensuring the safe operation of important circuits and equipment.
