核电厂螺杆空压机油压低故障分析与处理

摘  要:针对某核电厂1台空压机出现油压低导致跳机的故障,从润滑油系统流程出发,分析了该故障产生的多个可能原因,并通过设备结构特点及试验验证逐一排除,最终确定为油冷却器板片破裂造成了润滑油压力低故障。进一步对油冷却器板片破裂的促成因素进行分析,发现冷却水水质中氯离子严重超标,加速了油冷却器板片的腐蚀,提出了后续降低冷却水中氯离子浓度的方法,并有针对性地制定了油冷却器的预防性维修更换周期,避免类似故障发生,对于此类核电厂用螺杆压缩机故障维修具有很好的借鉴意义。In response to a low oil pressure fault in an air compressor at a nuclear power plant,based on the lubricating oil system flow,this paper intends to probe into the possible reasons.Structure analyses of the machine and tests have been made to exclude other possibilities.It has been confirmed that the broken plates of oil cooler resulted in the fault.Further analysis has been made to focus on the reasons that made the oil cooler broken.And the cooling water was found to contain large amounts of chloride ions,which exceeded certain limits,and,which by all means accelerated the corrosion of oil cooler plates.Therefore,this paper put forward method to determine the concentration of chloride ion on cooling water.Most importantly,this paper proposes the preventive maintenance of oil cooler,so as to avoid such faults.This paper has set a good example in analyzing and solving problems for nuclear power plants who employ screw air compressors.
