摘 要:热力发电厂汽轮发电机组在运行过程中受到各种因素的影响,容易引发多种类型的故障,为保证其稳定运行,提出了一种热力发电厂汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断方法。首先确定监测参数,利用振动信号监测设备对汽轮发电机组的振动状态进行实时监测。然后对监测数据进行预处理,提取能够反映机组振动故障的特征信息,构造振动故障能量特征集。最后基于提取的特征量进行模式识别和分类,确定故障模式,输出故障诊断结果。实验结果表明,该故障诊断方法能够实现对汽轮发电机组振动故障的准确检测,提高了故障诊断效率和准确性,应用效果较好。Due to various factors affecting the operation of steam turbine generator units in thermal power plants,it is easy to cause various types of faults.To ensure stable operation,this paper proposes a vibration fault diagnosis method for steam turbine generator units in thermal power plants.Firstly,determine the monitoring parameters and use vibration signal monitoring equipment to monitor the vibration status of the steam turbine generator set in real time.Then,the monitoring data is preprocessed to extract characteristic information that can reflect the vibration faults of the unit,and a vibration fault energy feature set is constructed.Finally,based on the extracted feature quantities,pattern recognition and classification are carried out to determine the fault mode and output the fault diagnosis result.The experimental results show that this fault diagnosis method can achieve accurate detection of vibration faults in steam turbine generators,improve the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis,and have good application effects.
