某电厂主蒸汽管道焊缝裂纹原因分析

摘　　要：某电厂在巡检时发现7号机组异常,临时停机检查发现主蒸汽管道存在裂纹。截至停机,7号机组已运行约6万h。7号机组主蒸汽管道材质为P92钢,开裂的焊缝为高温过热器出口联箱与主蒸汽管道对接的第一道焊缝,属于现场施工焊缝(图纸编号为002,基建施工资料编号为#1)。通过缺陷形貌观察、成分分析、光镜观察、电镜观察、能谱分析、硬度测量,进行缺陷性质与原因综合分析,确定了裂纹开裂的原因,并制定了下一步的措施和建议。Abnormality was found in Unit 7 of a power plant during patrol inspection,and cracks were found in the main steam pipeline during temporary shutdown inspection.As of shutdown,Unit 7 has been running for about 60000 hours.The main steam pipeline of Unit 7 is made of P92 steel,and the cracked weld is the first weld of butt joint between the outlet header of high temperature superheater and the main steam pipeline,which belongs to the on-site construction weld(drawing number is 002,capital construction data number is # 1).Through the observation of defect morphology,Composition analysis,light microscope observation,electron microscope observation,energy spectrum analysis,hardness measurement,comprehensive analysis of defect properties and causes,determine the causes of crack cracking,and formulate the next measures and suggestions.
