摘　　要：乡村河湖量大面广,河湖管护存在管理维护难、数据收集难、监督考核难等问题。探索建立乡村河湖长效管护机制对于建设“河畅、水清、岸绿、景美”的幸福河湖具有重要意义。论文基于江西省纵深推进乡村河湖“清四乱”工作实践,总结提炼出典型做法,分析面临的主要困难,提出持续做好乡村河湖“清四乱”工作的建议,以期为江西省乃至全国其他地区开展乡村河湖“清四乱”工作提供经验借鉴和决策参考。Rural rivers and lakes have a large and wide area,and there are difficulties in managing and maintaining them,collecting data,and conducting supervision and assessment.Exploring the establishment of a long-term management and protection mechanism for rural rivers and lakes is of great significance for building happy rivers and lakes with“smooth rivers,clear water,green banks,and beautiful scenery”.The paper is based on the practice of promoting the“Clearing Four Disorders”work in rural rivers and lakes in Jiangxi Province,summarizing and extracting typical practices,analyzing the main difficulties faced,and proposing suggestions for continuously doing a good job in the“Clearing Four Disorders”work in rural rivers and lakes,in order to provide experience and decision-making references for the“Clearing Four Disorders”work in rural rivers and lakes in Jiangxi Province and other regions of the country.
