摘 要:目的:探究RadCalc自动验证系统在Monaco治疗计划系统中应用的可行性。方法:对RadCalc自动验证系统进行调试;筛选2021年至2023年在首都医科大学宣武医院进行放疗的107例肿瘤患者的影像资料,其中头部(29例)、乳腺(28例)、肺部(28例)和腹部(22例),对所有患者临床计划进行剂量γ通过率测试。采用容积旋转调强治疗(VMAT)和调强放射治疗(IMRT),通过RadCalc自动验证系统验证VMAT和IMRT计划的3%/2 mm、3%/3 mm标准下剂量γ通过率,并与ArcCHECK和MatriXX模体测量结果进行对比。结果:所有调试测试野剂量γ通过率均>97%;107例患者临床计划剂量测试中,3%/2 mm标准下剂量γ通过率平均值均>96%,3%/3 mm标准下剂量γ通过率平均值均>98%。RadCalc自动验证系统测量的头部计划3%/2 mm、3%/3 mm标准下剂量γ通过率和胸部计划3%/3 mm剂量γ通过率与ArcCHECK模体测量结果比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.02、7.79、3.32,P<0.05);RadCalc自动验证系统与ArcCHECK模体乳腺和腹部计划剂量3%/2 mm和3%/3 mm标准下的γ通过率测量结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。VMAT计划中RadCalc自动验证系统测试结果与ArcCHECK模体测量结果3%/2 mm、3%/3 mm标准下剂量γ通过率比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.61、5.16,P<0.05),而IMRT计划差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RadCalc自动验证系统测量结果与ArcCHECK和MatriXX模体测量结果具有很好的一致性。RadCalc自动验证系统可用于临床计划剂量验证。Objective:To explore the feasibility of RadCalc automatic planning validation system in the Monaco treatment plan system.Methods:The RadCalc automatic validation system was debugged,and the imaging data of 107 patients with tumors on head(29 cases),breast(28 cases),lung(28 cases)and abdomen(22 cases)who received radiotherapy at Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University from 2021 to 2023 were screened.The doseγpassing rates were tested for all patients.The RadCalc automatic validation system was used to validate the doseγpassing rate under the 3%/2 mm and 3%/3 mm criteria of the radiotherapy plan,and the measured results were compared with those from ArcCHECK and MatriXX phantom.Results:The doseγpassing rates of all debugged test field were more than 97%.In the dose test of clinical plan of 107 patients,the mean value of all doseγpassing rate was larger than 96%under the 3%/2mm criteria,and that was larger than 98%under the 3%2 mm.There were significant differences in the doseγpassing rates under 3%2 mm and 3%3mm criteria of head plan,and under 3%3 mm criteria of breast plan between patients and ArcCHECK phantom who were measured by RadCalc automatic validation system,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.02,7.79,3.32,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in theγ-passing rate under 3%/2 mm and 3%/3 mm criteria of breast plan and abdomen plan between patients and ArcCHECK phantom who were measured by RadCalc automatic validation system(P>0.05).In volumetric intensity modulated arc therapy(VMAT)plan,there were significant differences in doseγpassing rate under 3%/2 mm and 3%/3 mm criteria between patients and ArcCHECK phantom who were measured by RadCalc automatic validation system(t=4.61,5.16,P<0.05),while there were not statistical significance in these indicators between them in intensity modulated radiation therapy IMRT plans(P>0.05).Conclusion:The measured results of the RadCalc automatic validation system has favorable consistency with the measured results of ArcCHECK and Ma
