柠檬酸交联壳聚糖的制备及对活性黑5的吸附

摘  要:为了增强壳聚糖在染料废水中的吸附性能,研究了柠檬酸交联的壳聚糖。考察了材料的制备条件、pH、吸附时间、吸附剂投加量、染料初始浓度、温度等对吸附活性黑5的影响。SEM、FT-IR、XRD等表征方法表明柠檬酸与壳聚糖的交联方式为离子交联和酰胺键的形成。动力学研究表明对活性黑5的吸附遵循拟二级动力学。Langmuir等温模型能更好地描述平衡吸附,基于此模型计算出的最大吸附容量为1021.87 mg/g。吸附过程是吸热的,升温有利于吸附。在5次循环使用后,仍能保持64.21%的吸附容量。Citric acid crosslinked chitosan was studied to enhance its adsorption capacity in dye wastewater.The effects of preparation conditions,pH,adsorption time,adsorbent dosage,initial dye concentration and temperature on the adsorption of Reactive Black 5 were studied.SEM,FT-IR and XRD characterization methods showed that the crosslinking mechanism was ionic crosslinking and amide bond formation.The kinetic study showed that the adsorption of Reactive Black 5 followed pseudo-second order kinetics.Langmuir isotherm model can describe equilibrium adsorption better,and the maximum adsorption capacity calculated based on this model is 1021.87.The adsorption process is endothermic,and temperature rise is conducive to adsorption.After 5 cycles,the adsorption capacity can still maintain 64.21%.
