摘  要:减压蒸馏水处理技术在水处理效率、能耗成本及自动化程度上有明显优势。针对工业着色颜料废水成分复杂、化学物质浓度高、色度高、难降解物质多等问题,采用无机絮凝剂与有机絮凝剂联用对工业着色颜料废水处理,然后再通过减压蒸馏处理。通过研究发现最佳处理工艺为:添加5%的无机絮凝剂5%PFS溶液,絮凝沉淀;上清液中添加3%的有机絮凝剂0.1%PAM(阳离子型)溶液,絮凝沉淀;上清液在85℃、85 k Pa条件下进行减压蒸馏,得到馏液的COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷满足排放标准,满足色浆企业循环用水标准,可以再次使用或达标排放。The vacuum distillation water treatment technology has obvious advantages in water treatment efficiency,energy consumption cost,and the automation level.The wastewater from the pigment dispersion producing has the problems of complex composition,high concentration of chemical substances,high chroma and containing a lot of non-degrade substances.The wastewater from the pigment dispersion producing was treated by inorganic flocculant and organic flocculant,and then treated by vacuum distillation.Through research,it is found that the best treatment process is:adding 5%inorganic flocculant 5%PFS solution,flocculating precipitation;then the supernatant added 3%organic flocculant 0.1%PAM(cationic)solution to flocculate and precipitate;finally,the supernatant was distilled under vacuum at 85℃and 85 kPa.The COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus of the distillate meet the discharge standard,and meet the recycling water standards of the pigment dispersion producing.The distillate can be used again or discharged up to the standard.
