摘 要:利用合成路线判别和层次聚类分析模型推断样品之间的关联性。应用高效液相色谱-质谱对甲基苯丙胺样品中22种目标杂质进行半定量分析,后判别样品合成路线,根据合成路线对其进行分类。最后将分类后的样品采用欧几里得距离算法进行聚类分析模型的建立。结果显示169个样品被分为N、E和R三种合成路线,其中该批样品中R合成路线居多,为主要合成路线。判定合成路线后的样品进行层次聚类分析,结果表明N路线和R路线中部分样品目标杂质的成分接近,如N路线中M1与M2,R路线中M115、M129与M130等。这表明距离接近样本可能来源相同。通过该研究可以推测该批甲基苯丙胺样品的主要制造过程和样品之间的关联性(合成路线),这为今后相关研究提供了数据理论支撑,同时也提供了一种数据处理方法。Correlations between samples were inferred using synthetic route discrimination and hierarchical cluster analysis models.High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was applied to semi-quantitatively analyse 22 target impurities in the methamphetamine samples,and then discriminate the synthetic routes of the samples and classify them according to the synthetic routes.Finally the classified samples were subjected to cluster analysis modelling using the Euclidean distance algorithm.The results showed that 169 samples were classified into three synthetic routes:N,E and R.The R route was the main synthetic route in this batch of samples.Hierarchical cluster analysis of the samples after determining the synthetic routes showed that the compositions of the target impurities of some samples in the N and R routes were close to each other,e.g.,M1 and M2 in the N route,and M115,M129 and M130 in the R route.This indicates that samples that are close in distance may have the same source.The main manufacturing process of the methamphetamine samples and the correlation between the samples(synthetic routes)can be inferred from this study,which provides data theoretical support for similar studies in the future,as well as a method of data processing.
