曝气沉淀一体化设备处理农村污水的性能研究

摘  要:针对农村生活污水处理对工艺设备占地小、能耗低、占地面积小等需求,基于A^(2)O工艺,将沉淀区与好氧区竖直叠加形成曝气沉淀池,并集成为一体化设备,测试其对污染物的去除能力与运行能耗。结果表明,在进水污染物水质波动较大的条件下,一体化设备具有较好的稳定性,设备出水COD、氨氮、TN和TP的平均浓度分别为29.5 mg/L、0.56 mg/L、13.47 mg/L、0.38 mg/L,其平均去除率分别为90.86%、98.68%、69.57%和92.56%,具有较高的稳定性,COD、氨氮和TP可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,TN可稳定达到一级B标准。在处理水量100 m^(3)/d的条件下,通过气提回流、厌/缺氧气搅拌设计,并控制曝气沉淀一体池好氧区的气液比为0.8~1,可以保证系统的稳定运行。同时一体化设备的平均运行能耗为0.46 kW·h/m^(3),具有良好的节能效果。In response to the demand for small footprint,low energy consumption,and small land area of process equipment for rural domestic sewage treatment,an integrated device based on A^(2)O process was developed.The device consists of a vertical stacked aerobic zone and settling zone forming an aerated sedimentation tank.Its pollutant removal efficiency and operational energy consumption were tested.Results showed that under conditions of large fluctuations in influent water quality,the integrated device exhibited good stability with average effluent concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)were 29.5 mg/L,0.56 mg/L,13.47 mg/L,and 0.38 mg/L respectively;their average removal rates were 90.86%,98.68%,69.57%,and 92.56%respectively with high stability achieved where COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP reached Grade A standards specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002),while TN reached Grade B standard consistently over time.Under the condition of 100 m^(3)/d,with gas-lift recirculation design combined with anaerobic/aerobic agitation control to maintain an air-to-liquid ratio between 0.8~1 in the aerobic zone of the aerated sedimentation tank can ensure stable system operation while achieving an average operating energy consumption rate as low as 0.46 kW·h/m^(3) demonstrating excellent energy-saving performance overall.
