摘  要:本文以工业有机废气蓄热式热力燃烧(RTO)治理设施中三蓄热室RTO作为研究对象,系统地探讨了其组成部件、工作原理以及设计和运行中的主要风险因素。文章将三蓄热室RTO设施划分为预处理系统、后处理系统、主体系统和控制系统四大部分,并提出了在设计初期应重视的预防措施和建议。并针对温度控制、入口废气可燃气含量和操作人员因素这三大可能导致运行失效造成严重后果的关键因素,提出了具体的预防措施,本文旨在全面保障三蓄热室RTO设施运行的高效和安全。This paper takes the triple regenerative thermal combustion(RTO)RTO in industrial organic waste gas regenerative thermal combustion(RTO)treatment facilities as the research object,and systematically discusses its component parts,working principle,and the main risk factors in design and operation.The article divides the triple regenerative chamber RTO facility into four major parts:pretreatment system,post-treatment system,main system and the control system,and puts forward preventive measures and suggestions that should be emphasized at the early stage of design.And for the temperature control,inlet exhaust gas gas content and operator factors,the three major key factors may lead to operational failure resulting in serious consequences,put forward specific preventive measures,this paper aims at comprehensively protect the three regenerative chamber RTO facility operation of high efficiency and safety.
