摘　　要：清洗设备是全自动洗车机的关键组成部分,也是整套设备技术水平的核心,直接关系到洗车设备最终的使用效果及安全性。自动喷淋洗车机具有工艺简单、运行稳定、洗车效率高等优势,通过优化喷淋结构和废水循环利用设备可以进一步提高水资源利用率,减少对环境的污染,节约大量人工和制造成本。洗车废水循环回用系统通过紫外杀菌和深度净化解决了水质发臭等问题,显著减少了自来水用量,并获得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。Cleaning equipment is a key component of automatic car wash,but also the core of the technical level of the whole set of equipment,directly related to the final use of car wash equipment and safety.Automatic spray car wash has the advantages of simple process,stable operation,high efficiency of car washing,through the optimisation of spray structure and wastewater recycling equipment can further improve the use of water resources,reduce environmental pollution,save a lot of labour and manufacturing costs.The car wash wastewater recycling system solves the problems of odorous water through ultraviolet sterilisation and deep cleaning,significantly reduces the amount of tap water,and achieves good social and economic benefits.
