工业园区突发环境事件风险评估及应急措施——以江苏武进经济开发区为例

摘　　要：我国工业化程度不断提高,工业园区内环境风险管理难度较大,开展工业园区层面环境风险评估与预警风险管理势在必行。江苏武进经济开发区开展突发环境事件风险评估工作,对突发环境风险进行量化表征,判断突发环境风险等级,建立健全应急处置机制,提高其应对涉及公共危机的突发环境污染应急事件的预防、预警和应急处置能力,控制、减少突发环境事件的风险和危害,保障环境安全和公众生命财产安全,维护社会稳定,促进社会全面、协调、可持续发展。The increasing industrialisation in China has made environmental risk management in industrial parks more difficult,and it is imperative to carry out environmental risk assessment and early warning risk management at the industrial park level.Jiangsu Wujin Economic Development Zone carries out risk assessment of environmental emergencies,quantifies and characterizes environmental risks,determines the level of environmental risks,establishes a sound emergency disposal mechanism,improves its ability to prevent,warn and deal with emergencies involving public crises,controls and reduces the risks and hazards of environmental emergencies,safeguards environmental safety and the safety of public life and property,and Maintain social stability and promote comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable social development.
