箱式法测定车内非金属零部件中挥发性有机物和醛酮类含量的不确定度评定

摘  要:本文对箱式法测定车内非金属部件中挥发性有机物和醛酮类含量不确定度进行了研究,确定在整个试验过程中主要包括采样过程、标准溶液、标准工作曲线拟合、测试数据重复性以及DNPH管洗脱5个不确定度分量,分析和计算上述不确定度分量。结果表明:采样过程是引起挥发性有机物测定结果不确定度的主要因素;标准工作曲线拟合是引起醛酮类测定结果不确定度的主要因素,测试数据重复性对挥发性有机物和醛酮类测定结果不确定度的影响均是最小的;此外,整个实验过程中,醛酮类测定结果的相对不确定度较挥发性有机物测定结果的相对不确定度大,对该方法的实际检验具有指导作用。In this paper,the uncertainty of the determination of volatile organic compounds and aldehydes and ketones in non-metallic parts in vehicles by box method is studied.It is determined that the test process mainly includes sampling process,standard solution,standard working curve fitting,test data repeatability and The DNPH tube eluted 5 uncertainty components,analyzed and calculated the above uncertainty components.The results showed that the sampling process was the main factor causing the uncertainty of volatile organic compounds,and standard working curve fitting was the main factor causing the uncertainty of aldehydes and ketones.The repeatability of test data had the least influence on the uncertainty of volatile organic compounds and aldehydes.In addition,the relative uncertainty of the results of aldehydes and ketones is larger than that of volatile organic compounds during the whole experiment,which has a guiding role on the actual test of the method.
