摘 要:[目的]分析杉木不同组织/器官非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)的季节动态及其对修枝的响应,帮助理解杉木生理特性和生长机制,并为人工林修枝强度的制定提供科学依据。[方法]在杉木人工林中比较了杉木各组织/器官间NSC及其组分含量的差异,并分析了经历修枝10 a后杉木各组织/器官中NSC及其组分含量的季节动态。[结果]杉木各组织/器官间NSC及其组分含量存在显著差异。叶片的可溶性糖和总NSC含量最高,平均达到了100.66±2.74 mg·g^(-1)和153.28±3.51 mg·g^(-1),且叶片的可溶性糖和NSC含量受到叶龄的显著控制(p<0.001)。而粗根的淀粉含量最高(69.09±5.26 mg·g^(-1)),比细根高34.13%。此外,杉木各组织/器官中NSC及其组分含量对修枝缺乏长期响应,但均具有显著的季节变化特征。其中以叶片中NSC及其组分含量的季节波动最大,在春季初下降,在夏季生长旺盛时持续积累至次年。在1 a内,叶片可溶性糖和NSC含量的最高值(1月)比最低值(6月)分别高95.57%和57.61%。相比之下,木质部中NSC及其组分含量的季节波动最小,总NSC含量的范围在53.42~90.50 mg·g^(-1)之间。[结论]杉木组织/器官中NSC及其组分含量存在显著的时间变异,且修枝对杉木NSC含量的潜在影响可能在长时间后消失。[Objective]Analyzing the seasonal dynamics of non-structural carbohydrate(NSC)in different tissues/organs of Chinese fir and its response to pruning can provide insights into the physiological characteristics and growth mechanisms of the species,as well as offer a scientific basis for determining optimal pruning intensity in plantations.[Method]In a Chinese fir plantation,we compared the contents of NSC and their components across varioud tissues/organs of Chinese fir,and analyzed the seasonal dynamics of NSC and its components in various tissues/organs of Chinese fir after 10 years of pruning.[Results]The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of NSC and its components among different tissues/organs of Chinese fir.Soluble sugars and total NSC contents in needles were the highest,reaching an average of 100.66±2.74 mg·g^(-1)and 153.28±3.51 mg·g^(-1),respectively,which were significantly affected by needle age(p<0.001).The starch content was highest in the coarse root(69.09±5.26 mg·g^(-1)),which was 34.13%higher than in the fine roots.The NSC contents in various tissues and organs did not respond to pruning but exhibited significant seasonal variations.The seasonal fluctuations in NSC and its components were greatest in the needles,which decreased at the beginning of spring and continued to accumulate through summer into the following year.In January,the soluble sugar and NSC content in needles were 95.57%and 57.61%higher,respectively,compared to the lowest values in June.In contrast,the seasonal fluctuations of NSC and its components in the xylem were smaller,with NSC content ranging from 53.42 to 90.50 mg·g^(-1).[Conclusion]This study shows significant temporal variation in the contents of NSC and its components in the tissues and organs of Chinese fir.Furthermore,the effects of pruning on NSC content seem to diminish over time.
