摘 要:本研究旨在探索汽车车外人机交互(eHMI)信息表达中不同指标的重要性。通过文献综述和专家咨询,识别并提炼出eHMI信息表达的关键指标,如通信信息、表达方式以及信息位置。运用层次分析法(AHP)构建结构模型,要求用户对评价指标进行两两比较并通过问卷调查法收集数据,构造判断矩阵并计算,确定了eHMI各项评价指标的权重系数,计算得到各级指标的权重值,从而实现关键指标的优先级排序。基于这些结果,进一步通过主观评价法推演出符合自动驾驶汽车用户需求的新型eHMI信息表达模式。本研究为车外人机交互设计提供了新的视角,促进了设计思路的创新和实践的应用,为未来的实证研究和车外人机交互设计起到指导性作用。This study aims to explore the significance of various indicators in the information expression of external Human-Machine Interfaces(eHMI)for vehicles.Through a literature review and expert consultations,key indicators such as communication content,expression methods,and information placement were identified and refined for eHMI.A structural model was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),requiring users to perform pairwise comparisons of evaluation indicators and collect data through surveys.Judgment matrices were constructed and calculated to determine the weight coefficients of each eHMI evaluation indicator,thereby calculating the weight values of each level of indicators and achieving a prioritization of key indicators.Based on these results,a novel eHMI information expression model that meets the needs of autonomous vehicle users was further deduced through subjective evaluation methods.This research provides a new perspective on the design of external human-machine interfaces,fostering innovation in design thinking and practical application,and serves as a guide for future empirical research and design of external humanmachine interactions.
