摘　　要：地黄饮子作为一种经典的中药方剂,具有滋肾阴、补肾阳和开窍化痰的作用,在促进脑部血液循环、保护神经元,提高患者记忆、改善学习能力以及恢复认知功能等方面具有重要意义。目前,地黄饮子广泛应用于脑血管病的临床治疗中,并显示出独特的优势,本文旨在综述地黄饮子在脑血管病,尤其是帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease,PD)、阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)、血管性痴呆(Vascular Dementia,VD)等病症中的临床应用及其作用机制,探讨地黄饮子的有效成分、药理作用,为临床提供更为科学、合理的治疗策略。As a classic traditional Chinese medicine formula,Dihuang Yinzi has the effects of nourishing kidney yin,tonifying kidney yang,and opening the orifi ces and resolving phlegm.It is of great signifi cance in promoting blood circulation in the brain,protecting neurons,improving patient memory,improving learning ability,and restoring cognitive function.Currently,Dihuang Yinzi is widely used in the clinical treatment of cerebrovascular diseases and has shown unique advantages.This article aims to review the clinical application and mechanism of action of Dihuang Yinzi in cerebrovascular diseases,especially Parkinson's disease(PD),Alzheimer's disease(AD),vascular dementia(VD)and other diseases,and explore the effective ingredients and pharmacological effects of Dihuang Yinzi,providing more scientifi c and reasonable treatment strategies for clinical practice.
