揿针疗法治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床研究进展综述

摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis, AR)是儿童常见的呼吸系统疾病,具有反复性、季节性等发病特点,严重影响患儿的生活质量。本文通过检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库近10年揿针疗法治疗AR的相关文献并进行整理总结,从中医与现代医学对于过敏性鼻炎、揿针治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的作用机制以及揿针治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床进展等角度出发,阐述了疾病当前诊疗过程中存在的不足,以及笔者对疾病研究的展望;此外,明确了揿针疗法具有安全性高、易于接受等特点,能迅速有效缓解AR患儿的临床症状。Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a common respiratory disease in children,with the characteristics of recurrent and seasonal diseases,which seriously affects the quality of life of children.Through the retrieval of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP and Wanfang Database for nearly 10 years press needle therapy treatment AR related literature and summary,from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the mechanism of allergic rhinitis,thumbtack needle treatment of children's allergic rhinitis and the clinical progress of thumbtack needle treatment of allergic rhinitis,the defi ciencies in the current diagnosis and treatment process,as well as the author's prospect of disease research.Furthermore,clarify thumbtack needle therapy has the characteristics of high safety,easy to be accepted,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with AR.
