摘 要:为深入了解软体气囊在充气过程中的应力分布,对软体气囊的强度性能进行相关研究。首先基于均匀压力算法,在RADIOSS软件中建立了气囊的CAE计算模型,并实现了气囊折叠充气过程的动态模拟,对气囊的折叠充气分析方法进行了研究。在此基础上,模拟模型软体气囊的充气过程并进行强度校核,对囊体结构进行改进,提高安全系数。结果表明,均匀压力算法能够有效地实现软体气囊的折叠充气过程并对其强度进行校核。In order to understand the stress distribution of the soft airbag during inflation,the strength performance of the soft airbag was studied.A CAE model was built for airbag based on Uniform Pressure(UP)algorithm in software RADIOSS.The dynamic simulation of airbag folding and filling process was realized.On this basis,the finite element model of one soft airbag is established to check the strength,and the soft airbag mechanism is improved,so that the safety factor is significantly improved.The results indicate that the Uniform Pressure algorithm can effectively achieve the folding and inflation process of the soft airbag and verify its strength.
