摘  要:摩托车逆向设计研发过程中,针对采集到的对标车型原始数据,通常需要对点云进行坐标对齐,以符合摩托车概念设计阶段的原点基准设计要求。以某两轮燃油摩托车点云为研究对象,借助Geomagic Design X高效便捷的“对齐”命令功能,实现扫描设备采集的样车原始点云坐标系与三维设计软件(如Siemens NX等)中的世界坐标系对齐的目的,以便于后期结构设计和工程设计的顺利开展。In the process of reverse design and development of motorcycles,it is usually necessary to align the coordinates of the point cloud based on the collected raw data of the benchmark model to meet the requirements of the origin benchmark design in the conceptual design stage of motorcycles.This paper takes the point cloud of a two wheeled fuel powered motorcycle as the research object,and utilizes the efficient and convenient"alignment"command function of Geomagic Design X to achieve the goal of aligning the original collected point cloud coordinate system of the scanning equipment with the world coordinate system in 3D design software(such as Siemens NX),in order to facilitate the smooth development of later structural and engineering design.
