摘  要:冷却系统工作状况直接影响发动机的燃烧和润滑效率,其故障会导致汽车动力下降、能耗升高、排放不达标,甚至造成发动机损坏。为确保冷却系统可靠性,通过故障监控和故障管理对所产生的故障进行实时处理。故障监控模块采用范围检测和关联性检测能够确定故障的类型,故障管理模块采用状态机确定故障的属性,采用斜坡函数处理故障恢复,解决了在故障恢复中发动机转速的突变问题。基于MATLAB/Simulink和StateFlow软件建立仿真模型进行测试。结果表明:该控制系统可以检测出范围故障和关联性故障,并能提供相应故障处理方式,确保发动机在冷却系统故障时能安全平稳地运行,同时提醒驾驶员及时维修车辆,避免因尾气超标造成环境污染。The working condition of cooling system directly affects the efficiency of combustion and lubrication of engine,even causes engine damage,which will lead to the decrease of power,the increase of energy consumption and the failure of emission.In order to ensure the reliability of cooling system,real-time processing of the faults is carried out through fault monitoring and fault management.Fault monitoring module uses range detection and correlation detection to determine the type of fault.Fault management module uses state machine to determine the fault attribute,and uses ramp function to deal with fault recovery.The problem of abrupt change of engine speed in fault recovery is solved.Based on Matlab/Simulink and StateFlow software,simulation model is established for testing.The results show that the control system can detect range faults and correlated faults,and provide corresponding fault handling methods to ensure safe and stable operation of the engine when the cooling system fails,remind the driver to repair the vehicle in time to avoid environmental pollution caused by excessive tail gas.
