摘  要:三档混动变速器中的P1电机逆变器经常工作在复杂工况中,有效及时地诊断出不可避免发生的过流、欠压及过温故障,对保护变速器及整车安全稳定运行具有重要意义。首先介绍三档混动变速器工作原理及P1电机逆变器的重要性;其次基于V型软件开发流程,对P1电机逆变器过流、欠压、过温故障进行需求分析及架构设计,并通过Simulink模型及代码设计实现故障诊断和后处理策略;最后,搭建实车试验环境,将集成后的软件刷写到PCM中,利用INCA工具对PCM软件注入故障并采集输入输出信号进行调试和测试,经过试验并对结果进行分析,所设计的故障诊断策略能够及时准确地识别故障并做出相应后处理,满足前期需求,鲁棒性强。The P1 motor inverter in the three-speed hybrid transmission often works in complex working conditions.Effective and timely diagnosis of inevitable over-current,under-voltage and over-temperature faults is of great importance for the protection of the transmission and the safe and stable operation of the vehicle.This paper firstly introduces the working principle of the three-speed hybrid transmission and the importance of the P1 motor inverter.Secondly,based on the V-shaped software development process,it conducts demand analysis and architecture design for the overcurrent,undervoltage,and overtemperature faults of the P1 motor inverter.The fault diagnosis and post-processing strategies are implemented through the Simulink model and code design.Finally,a real vehicle test environment is built,the integrated software is flashed into the PCM,and the INCA tool is used to inject faults into the PCM software and collect input and output signals for debugging and testing.After the test and analysis of the results,the designed fault diagnosis strategy can identify faults in time and accurately and make corresponding post-processing,which meets the requirements of the early stage and has strong robustness.
