摘  要:可逆调制稀土材料发光对探索稀土材料性能和应用具有重要意义,将电场响应材料与稀土发光材料结合制备电场响应稀土发光器件,可实现稀土发光的可逆调制以及发光器件的微型化和集成化,在智能窗口、防眩光镜、信息显示器、防伪等多学科领域有很大的应用潜力。本文综述了近年来基于电场响应材料的稀土发光器件研究的最新进展。分别介绍了一些典型的有机电致变色分子、有机电致变形分子、无机金属氧化物、无机发光半导体与铁电体的电场响应材料的响应机制,及基于这些电场响应材料的稀土发光器件的研究现状。Reversible modulation of the luminescence of rare earth materials is of great significance for exploring the properties and applications of rare earth materials. The reversible modulation of rare earth luminescence and the miniaturization and integration of rare earth luminescence devices can be achieved by combining electric field responsive materials with rare earth luminescent materials, which has great application potential in intelligent window, anti-glare mirror, information display, anti-counterfeiting and other multidisciplinary fields. In this paper, the recent development of electric field responsive materials and rare earth luminescent devices based on electric field responsive materials is reviewed. The response mechanism of some typical organic electrochromic molecules, organic electrodeformable molecules, inorganic metal oxides, inorganic light-emitting semiconductors and ferroelectrics, and the research status of rare earth luminescent devices based on these electric field responsive materials are introduced.
