摘  要:通过改变快淬速度及渗氮温度对(Nd_(0.75)Zr_(0.25))Fe_(10.5)Mo_(1.5)/α-Fe永磁合金的微观组织及磁性能进行研究。快淬速度从20 m·s^(-1)增加到40 m·s^(-1),合金薄带平均晶粒尺寸从693 nm减小到301 nm。1:12相含量随着快淬速度的增加先升高后降低,快淬速度为30 m·s^(-1)时,1:12相含量最多,平均晶粒尺寸为421 nm。渗氮处理后薄带平均晶粒尺寸减小25%~45%,矫顽力提升5.5~16倍。渗氮温度为550℃时,合金薄带的磁性能最佳,其矫顽力(Hc)为1452.34 Oe,剩磁(Mr)为25.72 emu·g^(-1),磁饱和强度(Ms)为108.45 emu·g^(-1)。The microstructure and magnetic properties of(Nd_(0.75)Zr_(0.25))Fe_(10.5)Mo_(1.5)/α-Fe permanent magnet alloy were studied by changing the fast quenching rate and nitriding temperature. When the fastquenching speed increases from 20 to 40 m·s^(-1), the average grain size of the thin strip decreases from 693 to 301 nm. With the increase of the fastquenching rate, the 1∶12 phase content first increasesand then decreases. When the fast quenching rate is 30 m·s^(-1), the 1∶12 phase content is the highest, and the average grain size is 421 nm. After nitriding treatment, the average grain size of thin strip is reduced by 25%-45%, and the coercivity is increased by 5.5-16 times. At 550 ℃, the magnetic properties of the thin strip are the best, with coercive force(Hc) of 1452.34 Oe, remanent magnetic force(Mr) of 25.72 emu·g^(-1) and magnetic saturation strength(Ms) of 108.45emu·g^(-1).
