摘 要:钕铁硼晶界扩散后,Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B晶粒被(Nd, Tb)_(2)Fe_(14)B外壳包覆,形成了核-壳结构。扫描电镜中的背散射(BSE)与X射线荧光能谱(EDX)对钕铁硼磁钢晶界扩散后的样品断面(沿扩散方向)的微观结构与Fe, Nd, Tb元素的分布检测结果表明,随着扩散深度的增加,核-壳结构以及Tb元素含量均逐渐减少。利用X射线荧光(XRF),结合金相磨抛技术,沿扩散方向逐层测试了钕铁硼磁钢中Tb元素的“面浓度”。结果表明,Tb元素的扩散满足“菲克第二定律”。通过对浓度随扩散深度变化曲线的拟合,得到两者之间的定量关系式。为了得到整个磁钢中Tb元素的“体浓度”,对此关系式进行积分,积分结果为0.41%。此结果与扩散处理前后磁钢的质量增重比相一致(0.4%)。研究结果表明,X射线荧光分析不仅可以定性分析钕铁硼微区中Tb元素含量与分布,也可以定量分析整个磁钢在宏观尺度下的Tb元素含量与分布。Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B grains are encapsulated by(Nd, Tb)_(2)Fe_(14)B shells after NdFeB grain boundary diffusion, forming a core-shell structure. The results of backscattering(BSE) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(EDX) in a scanning electron microscope(SEM) on the microstructure of the sample section(along the diffusion direction) and the distribution of Fe, Nd, and Tb elements in the sample section of Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B magnets after grain boundary diffusion show that the core-shell structure as well as the content of Tb elements gradually decreases with the increase of the diffusion depth. The “surface concentration” of Tb element in NdFeB magnets was tested layer by layer along the diffusion direction using X-ray fluorescence(XRF) combined with metallographic grinding and polishing techniques. The results show that the diffusion of Tb element satisfies the Fick's second law. The quantitative relationship between concentration and diffusion depth is obtained by fitting the concentration versus diffusion depth curves. In order to obtain the “body concentration” of Tb element in the whole magnet, this equation is integrated, and the integration result is 0.41%. This result is consistent with the mass-to-weight ratio of the magnets before and after the diffusion treatment(0.4%). The results of this study show that X-ray fluorescence analysis can not only qualitatively analyze the content and distribution of Tb elements in NdFeB microregions, but also quantitatively analyze the content and distribution of Tb elements in the whole magnet at the macroscale.
