非对称波纹槽纵向边缘应变及参数影响研究

摘  要:为提高板材辊压成形质量,针对非对称波纹槽冷弯辊压成形,首先阐明了纵向边缘应变产生的机理,然后利用ABAQUS 2020软件对其行为进行了有限元数值仿真研究,并分别对初始道次成形角度增量、屈服强度、辊站间距及槽数等参数对波纹槽成形精度的影响进行了分析。仿真及实验结果表明,纵向边缘应变峰值易发生在槽2和槽3成形过程中的第5道次,且随着成形角度增量的增大而变大,随着板材屈服强度的增大而变小,而槽数对其影响并不明显。同时,为降低波纹槽辊压成形纵向缺陷,辊站间距设计应大于变形区长度,且间距越大,缺陷越不易发生。To improve the roll forming quality of sheet metal,aiming at the cold bending roll forming of asymmetrical corrugated channels,the generation mechanism of longitudinal edge strain was first elucidated,and then the finite element numerical simulation study for its behavior was carried out by using ABAQUS 2020 software,and the influence of forming angle increment of the initial pass,yield strength,roll station distance and channel number on the forming accuracy of corrugated channels was analyzed,respectively.The simulation and experimental results show that the peak value of longitudinal edge strain is easy to occur at the fifth pass in the forming process of channel 2 and channel 3,and it increases with the increase of forming angle increment,and decreases with the increase of yield strength of sheet metal,while the influence of channel number on the longitudinal edge strain is not obvious.Meanwhile,to reduce the longitudinal defects of roll forming of corrugated channels,the roll station distance should be designed greater than the length of deformation zone,and the larger distance,the less likely the defects are to occur.
