摘 要:为了实现连接板材表面无凸起、无凹陷,提出了一种带填充块的预制孔平底铆接技术。以半径为3 mm,高度为3.7 mm的GCr15填充块,厚度为2 mm的Al5052和45钢板材铆接为例,在下板上预制半径为3.8 mm,锥角为45°的孔进行带填充块的预制孔平底铆接试验研究。通过五因素四水平正交试验,优化了填充块圆角半径R、半锥角α、预制孔圆角半径R0、倒角长度l和冲压速度v等工艺参数;以铆接接头互锁值作为评价标准,获得了最佳几何参数组合为R=0.4 mm,α=5°,R0=0.2 mm,l=1.2 mm和v=0.1 mm·s^(-1)。对比上铝下铝和上铝下钢板材形成的铆接接头质量发现,上铝下钢板材形成的铆接接头互锁值较大,连接质量较好。To achieve the joint plate without bump and sag on the surface,a flat bottom riveting technology with prefabricated hole and filler block was proposed.Taking GCr15 filler block with radius of 3 mm and height of 3.7 mm,and Al5052 and 45 steel plate with thickness of 2 mm as an examples,the hole with radius of 3.8 mm and cone angle of 45°was prefabricated on lower plate to carry out the study of flat bottom riveting test with prefabricated hole and filler block.The parameters,such as filler block fillet radius R,half-cone angleα,prefabricated hole fillet radius R0,chamfer length l and stamping speed v were optimized by five-factor and four-level orthogonal test.Using the riveted joint interlocking value as the evaluation criterion,the optimal geometric parameter combination is obtained as R=0.4 mm,α=5°,R0=0.2 mm,l=1.2 mm and v=0.1 mm·s-1.By comparing the quality of riveted joints formed by upper aluminumlower aluminum and upper aluminum-lower steel plates,it is found that the interlocking value of riveted joint formed by upper aluminumlower steel plate is larger and the joint quality is better.
