摘 要:针对Ti_(2)AlNb基合金箔材制备时中间退火工艺的不成熟等问题,对50%冷轧压下量的Ti_(2)AlNb基合金带材进行了不同相区温度的退火,系统分析了冷轧态合金在退火过程中的组织演变与力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,退火后,O相在降温过程中以不同形貌与取向从B2相中大量析出,导致显微组织以O相为主体,且随着退火温度的升高,冷轧态合金中α_(2)相的形貌特征与比例均发生变化。此外,不同退火温度导致显微组织的再结晶程度不同。退火后带材的力学性能受相比例、形貌特征以及再结晶程度的影响。冷轧态合金固有的加工硬化逐渐被消除,导致材料屈服应力减小而伸长率大幅提高。其中1000℃退火态带材伸长率可达8.9%,较冷轧态带材提高了303.2%。Aiming at the problem of the immaturity of intermediate annealing processes in the preparation of Ti_(2)AlNb-based alloy foils,the annealing for Ti_(2)AlNb-based alloy strip with cold rolling reduction of 50%at different temperatures within different phase regions was carried out,and the variation laws of microstructural evolution and mechanical property during annealing process were analyzed systematically.The results show that after annealing,O phases predominantly precipitate from the B2 phase with different morphologies and orientations during cooling process,resulting that the main microstructure is O phase.As the annealing temperature increases,both the morphology and proportion ofα_(2) phase in the cold-rolled state alloy change.Furthermore,different annealing temperatures result in different recrystallization degrees of microstructure.The mechanical properties of the annealed strip are influenced by phase proportions,morphological characteristics and recrystallization degree.The inherent work hardening of the cold-rolled alloy is gradually eliminated,resulting in the decrease of yield stress and the significant increase of elongation.The elongation of the strip annealed at 1000℃reaches 8.9%,which is 303.2%higher than that of the cold rolled strip.
