摘 要:为提高CMT电弧增材制造铝青铜合金组织均匀性,拓宽CMT电弧增材制造铝青铜合金的应用,采用淬火、淬火+回火和回火3种热处理工艺对增材态铝青铜合金进行处理。结果表明:淬火处理后铝青铜组织中β相数量增多,α相数量减少;淬火+回火处理后铝青铜组织更加均匀,β相发生分解并以长条状分布在α相晶界处,κ相脱溶析出分布于α相中;回火处理后合金组织中晶粒尺寸变化较小,组织中有一定量的κ相析出。CMT电弧增材制造铝青铜合金经过淬火处理后硬度值达到189 HV,相比增材态提高34%,抗拉强度提高至526 MPa,增幅较小。淬火+回火处理后试样断后伸长率较增材态提升至55%,冲击功提升至98 J,相比增材态提高72%。热处理能有效改善增材态铝青铜合金的不均匀组织,并通过改变α相与β相的占比使力学性能得到改善。To improve the microstructure uniformity of aluminum bronze alloy manufactured by CMT arc additive and expand the application of aluminum bronze alloy manufactured by CMT arc additive,three heat treatment processes of quenching,quenching+tempering and tempering were applied to the treatment of additive aluminum bronze alloy.The results show that after quenching treatment,the amount ofβphase increases and the amount ofαphase decreases in the microstructure of aluminum bronze alloy.After quenching+tempering treatment,the microstructure of aluminum bronze is more uniform,theβphase is decomposed and distributed in long strips at the grain boundary ofαphase,andκphase exsolves and precipitates inαphase.After tempering treatment,the grain size of the alloy changes a little,and a certain amount ofκphase is precipitated in the microstructure.After quenching treatment,the hardness of aluminum bronze alloy manufactured by CMT arc additive reaches 189 HV,which is increased by 34%compared with that of the additive state,and the tensile strength is increased to 526 MPa,with a small increase amplitude.After quenching+tempering treatment,the elongation after fracture of sample is increased to 55%compared with that of the additive state,and the impact energy is increased to 98 J,which is increased by 72%compared with that of the additive state.Heat treatment can effectively improve the uneven microstructure of aluminum bronze in additive state and the mechanical properties by changing the proportion ofαphase andβphase.
