摘  要:针对老年人多疾病、多药物治疗的问题,设计了一款基于物联网通信与人机交互的智能医药箱,以解决现有医药箱价格昂贵、容量有限、无法实现独立供电、难以远程控制和多方言语音识别等挑战.智能医药箱采用STM32F103VET6微控制器,具备药品管理、远程监护和多方言语音识别等先进功能.通过整合CC2541蓝牙、上位机和路由器,实现了与智能医药箱之间的低延迟通信,丢包率降至2.4%.采用MFCC特征提取方法,多方言语音识别的准确率达到了88%.医药箱配备了直流减速电机作为动力结构,其功耗低、成本低,并支持移动终端的远程控制,可实现定时定量投放药品,准确度高.这项研究在通信与自控领域取得了创新突破,成功将物联网通信与人机交互技术应用于医疗健康领域.In response to the challenges of managing multiple diseases and medications in the elderly,we have developed an IoT-enabled smart medicine box with advanced features,including medication management,remote monitoring,and multilingual voice recognition.Addressing issues present in traditional medicine boxes,such as high costs,limited capacity,lack of independent power supply,and difficulty in remote control,the STM32F103VET6 microcontroller is utilized.Integration of CC2541 Bluetooth and routers ensures low-latency communication,reducing packet loss to 2.4%.Employing the MFCC feature extraction method,an 88%accuracy in multilingual voice recognition is achieved.The medicine box,powered by a low-cost DC reduction motor,supports precise timing and quantitative medication delivery,with a remarkable accuracy rate of 95%.This research represents an innovative application of IoT communication and human-machine interaction technology in healthcare,contributing to efficient medication management for the elderly.
