超声速外流场关键仿真参数与数值精度的相关性分析

摘  要:针对在超声速外流场中以NACA0012翼型为特征对象的仿真参数与数值精度的相关性分析,尤其是翼型后缘形状及建模方法、远场距离和湍流模型对其影响的研究相对不足.采用3种建模方法设计了包含2种后缘形状的6种NACA0012翼型,结合3种远场距离建立了18种计算域外流场.采用统一的网格策略生成相同数量的网格,基于SST k-omega和Spalart-All⁃maras湍流模型执行了数值仿真.基于风洞试验数据计算了压力系数和摩擦系数的误差率,分析了上述关键仿真参数与数值精度的关系.数值结果表明,不合适的尖后缘翼型设计方法会带来最大的数值精度下降幅值,达到55.69%,故应优先采用NACA4.对远场距离和湍流模型的建议取值分别是16L和SST k-omega.要特别指出的是,Airfoil tools与NACA4提供的建模数据点数量与数值精度之间均是负相关的关系,且前者提供的数据点的数值性能优于后者.综合考虑数值误差率,超声速外流场的最优参数配置是基于NACA4设计的尖后缘翼型+16L远场距离+SST k-omega湍流模型.Currently,the correlation between the simulation parameters of NACA0012 airfoil and the prediction accuracy in the supersonic external flow field,especially the influence of the trailing edge shape and modeling method,the far-field distance,and the turbulence model on it is relatively insufficient.Six types of NACA0012 models with two kinds of trailing edge shapes are designed by three modeling methods,and eighteen computational external flow fields are established by combining three kinds of far-field distances.A unified grid strategy is adopted to generate the same grid number,and numerical simulations are performed based on SST k-omega and Spalart-Allmaras turbulence models.Based on the wind tunnel experimental data,the error ratios of the pressure coefficient and friction coefficient are calculated,and the relationship between the above key simulation parameters and numerical accuracy is analyzed.Numerical results show that the improper sharp trailing edge shape design method would bring the largest numerical accuracy reduction amplitude,up to 55.69%,and NACA4 should be preferred.The recommended values for the far field distance and turbulence model are 16L and SST k-omega,respectively.It should be pointed out that there is a negative correlation between the number of modeling data points,provided by Airfoil tools and NACA4,and numerical accuracy.The numerical performance of the modeling data points offered by the former is better than that of the latter.Taking into account the numerical error ratios,the optimal parameter configuration for the supersonic external flow field is the sharp trailing edge NACA0012+16L far field distance+SST k-omega.
