摘 要:为了探究玻璃纤维(玻纤)含量及不同相容剂对回收聚丙烯(RPP)/聚乳酸(PLA)/玻纤(GF)复合材料的性能的影响,采用熔融挤出法制备了RPP/PLA/GF复合材料,分析了不同玻纤含量以及不同相容剂对复材拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、缺口冲击强度和熔体流动速率的影响.实验结果表明,当玻纤含量添加到25 wt%时,RPP/PLA/GF复合材料的综合力学性能较好,拉伸强度达到50.3 MPa,弯曲强度达到80.5 MPa,弯曲模量达到5388 MPa,缺口冲击强度达到10.5 kJ/m^(2).当相容剂PC-1添加为5%时,RPP/PLA/GF复合材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度较高,可达到9.9 kJ/m^(2).结论:玻纤对RPP/PLA/GF复材有良好的性能提升作用,玻纤含量为25 wt%时RPP/PLA/GF复材综合力学性能优异;接枝率高的相容剂PC-1对RPP/PLA/GF复材韧性提升作用更加明显.To investigate the influence of the properties of glass fiber and different compatibizer on recycled polypropylene(RPP)/polylactic acid(PLA)/glass fiber(GF)composites,RPP/PLA/GF composites are prepared by melt extrusion method.The effects of different glass fiber content and compatibilizer on tensile strength,elongation at break,flexure strength,flexure modulus,notch impact strength and melt flow rate are analyzed.The results show that,When the glass fiber content is increased to 25 wt%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of RPP/PLA/GF composite are better,the tensile strength reaches 50.3 MPa,the bending strength reaches 80.5 MPa,the bending modulus reaches 5388 MPa,and the notch impact strength reaches 10.5 kJ/m^(2).When the compatibilizer PC-1 is added to 5%,the notched izod impact strength of RPP/PLA/GF composite is higher,which can reach 9.9 kJ/m^(2).It is concluded that glass fiber has good performance improvement on RPP/PLA/GF composites,and the composite mechanical properties of RPP/PLA/GF composites are excellent when the glass fiber content is 25 wt%.The compatibilizer PC-1 with high grafting rate improves the toughness of RPP/PLA/GF composites more obviously.
