摘 要:为提高海上风电集群对电网调度指令的响应精度,提出集群调度中心和场站调度中心的有功功率分配方法。首先,按风电场功率响应误差最小为目标建立集群调度中心的有功功率优化分配模型;然后,利用时间卷积网络建立各风机响应误差与特征量之间的误差函数;其次,构建风电场的响应误差最小为目标的场站调度中心功率优化分配模型。最后,以某海上风电集群为例,验证了所提功率分配模型可以提高海上风电集群调度中心和场站调度中心对调度指令的响应能力。To improve the response accuracy of offshore wind power clusters to power grid dispatch instructions,the paper proposes a method for allocating active power in cluster scheduling center and station scheduling center.Firstly,an active power optimization allocation model for the cluster scheduling center aimed at minimizing the total wind farm power response error is established.Then a time convolutional network is used to establish an error function between the response error of each wind turbine and the feature quantities.Subsequently,a power optimization allocation model for the station scheduling center is constructed to minimize the response error of the entire wind farm.Finally,a certain offshore wind power cluster is used as an example to verify that the proposed power allocation model can improve the responsiveness of the offshore wind power cluster scheduling center and the station scheduling center to the dispatch instructions.
