摘 要:伴随着新型电力系统建设,电力系统源荷双侧变革驱动电网开展设备改造更新,深化研究电网投资精准配置优化技术具有重要作用。首先系统分析电网技改投入影响因素,引入灰色关联分析,挖掘电网技改投入关键影响指标;其次,基于得到的技改投入关键影响指标及各地区电网的关键影响指标水平,计算各指标信息熵从而确定指标权重,构建电网技改投入基础分配模型;最后,以单位投入增供电量及单位投资可靠性提升为目标,考虑增供电量不确定性构建鲁棒优化模型,在基础分配结果上实现电网技改投入二阶段优化分配。算例分析表明,基于鲁棒优化的两阶段配置优化模型不仅显著提高了资源配置的精准度,还有效降低了系统运行成本和风险,为电网生产的科学管理提供了重要支持。With the construction of the new power system,reforms on both the source and load sides of the power system drive the power grid to undergo equipment renovation and renewal.Therefore,it is of paramount importance to deepen the research on the precise allocation optimization technology of power grid investment.Firstly,the paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of power grid technical innovation investment,introduces grey relational analysis,and explores the key influencing indices of such investment.Secondly,based on the key influencing indices of the technical innovation investment and the levels of these indices in power grids across different regions,the information entropy of each index is calculated to determine their respective weights.Subsequently,a base allocation model for the power grid technical innovation investment is constructed.Lastly,with the goal of enhancing the increased power supply per unit investment and the reliability of the unit investment,a robust optimization model is developed considering the uncertainty of the increased power supply,and the base allocation model is optimized accordingly.Ultimately,by incorporating the uncertainty of the increased power supply,the robust optimization model enables the realization of a two-stage optimal allocation for the power grid technical innovation investment based on the results of the basic allocation.Example analysis demonstrates that the robust optimization-based two-stage allocation optimization model,not only significantly improves the accuracy of resource allocation but also effectively reduces system operation costs and risks,providing essential support for the scientific management of power grid production.
