摘  要:本文旨在构建一种适用于公路建设与养护工程碳排放核算的标准化方法,并明确碳排放核算的任务与对象。同时,提出了一种“自下而上”的核算单元组织结构及其核算方法。首先,本文从多种任务类型的碳排放核算方法入手,概述了不同任务类型及不同阶段的碳排放核算需求;其次,从核算单元的概念、核算活动、碳排放源、碳排放范围和计算层级出发,系统性地阐述了本核算单元方法的构建思路;最后,将本核算方法应用于实际案例中,核算以隧道工程为核算单元的碳排放总量。结果表明,该方法适用于公路建设与养护工程的碳排放核算,有助于丰富公路建设与养护工程碳排放核算的理论体系。This paper aims to establish a standardized method for carbon emission accounting of highway construction and maintenance engineering,and clarify the task and object of carbon emission accounting.At the same time,a“bottom-up”accounting unit organization structure and accounting method are put forward.Firstly,this paper starts with the carbon emission accounting methods of various task types,and summarizes the carbon emission accounting requirements of different task types and different stages.Secondly,from the concept of accounting unit,accounting activities,carbon emission source,carbon emission range and calculation level,the construction idea of this accounting unit method is systematically expounded.Finally,the calculation method is applied to a practical case to calculate the total carbon emission with tunnel engineering as the accounting unit.The results show that this method is suitable for carbon emission accounting of highway construction and maintenance projects,and is helpful to enrich the theoretical system of carbon emission accounting of highway construction and maintenance projects.
