摘 要:本文通过溯源中观尺度下交通碳排放的结构特征,构建片区层面的基于交通活动的碳排放测算方法。并以交通碳排放测算为依据、以降低碳排放为目标,从推进交通设施与用地功能的协调耦合实现源头减排、优化出行结构实现前端减排、提升交通运输管理水平实现过程减排三个方面提出交通减碳路径。This paper through tracing the structural characteristics of transport carbon emissions at the area level,constructs a region-level carbon emission measurement method based on traffic activities.Based on the calculation of transportation carbon emissions and the goal of reducing carbon emissions,this paper proposes the path of transportation carbon reduction from three aspects:promoting the coordination and coupling of transportation facilities and land use functions to achieve emission reduction at the source,optimizing the travel structure to achieve emission reduction at the front end,and improving the level of transportation management to achieve process emission reduction.
