摘　　要：汽车试验环境舱的设备结构和舱内设备配置不同于其他环境试验设备,现有环境试验设备温度性能评价体系不适用于汽车试验环境舱。本文研究并构建了专门适用于汽车试验环境舱的温度性能评价体系,通过示值平均值误差、控制偏差、均匀度、波动度4个评价指标对环境舱温度性能进行评价。经试验验证,汽车试验环境舱温度性能评价方法可以更加准确地表征环境舱的温度性能,更符合汽车试验对温度环境条件的需求,可用于环境舱温度技术指标的校准和验收工作。The equipment structure and internal configuration of the automotive test environmental chamber are different from other environmental test equipment,and the existing environmental test equipment temperature performance evaluation system is not applicable to automotive test environmental chambers.This article studies and constructs a temperature performance evaluation system specifically applicable to automotive test environmental chambers.The temperature performance of the environmental chamber is evaluated through four evaluation indicators:average indication error,control deviation,uniformity,and fluctuation.After experimental verification,the evaluation method of the temperature performance of the automotive test environmental chamber can more accurately characterize the temperature performance of the environmental chamber,which is more in line with the temperature and environmental requirements of automotive testing,and can be used for the calibration and acceptance of the environmental chamber temperature technical indicators.
