摘 要:为了推动氢电混合动力船的发展并提高其安全性能,本文以20米氢电混合动力船为例,对关键部位的风险区域进行了识别和划分,主要包括对燃料输送管道、氢燃料罐处所、氢燃料电池舱及通风进出风口的划定。通过工程实践的方式,结合规范要求,从涉氢处所总体布局、通风进出风口的布置、危险区域的划分以及在选择电气设备时所依据的原则,充分保证安全区域与气体危险区域的隔离,降低危险区域范围,提高船舶安全性。实船验证情况可为氢电混合动力船危险区域的划分提供参考,为未来船舶能源转型提供了理论支持和实践指导。In order to promote the development of hydrogen-electric hybrid ships and improve their safety performance,this paper takes the 20-meter hydrogen-electric hybrid ship as an example to identify and classify the risk areas of key parts,mainly including the fuel delivery pipelines,hydrogen fuel tanks,hydrogen fuel cell compartments,and ventilation inlet and outlet ports.Through engineering practice and combining with standard requirements,this paper fully guarantees the isolation of safe areas from gas dangerous areas by means of the overall layout of hydrogen-related spaces,the arrangement of ventilation inlet and outlet ports,the classification of dangerous areas,and the principles for selecting electrical equipment.It reduces the scope of dangerous areas and improves ship safety.The actual ship verification can provide references for the classification of dangerous areas of hydrogen-electric hybrid ships,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for future ship energy transformation.
