摘 要:船舶引航是港口生产和快速发展中不可替代的环节,引航安全事关港航企业的切实利益和海洋环境安全。以新开辟建设码头、航道为例,通过对码头及附近水域潮汐、潮流等水文气象要素及航道条件的分析研究,建立本水域的电子海图、通航环境三维仿真视景,运用大型船舶操纵模拟器设计船舶引航技能训练方案,通过“虚拟引航”的形式训练引航员驾引代表船型在各种不利水流、风力等条件下的进港航行、靠泊操纵等技能,并对训练取得的大量数据进行分析,提出安全操纵注意要点和安全驾引作业限制条件,保障引航安全。Ship pilotage is an irreplaceable link in port production and rapid development,and the safety of pilotage is related to the practical interests of port and shipping enterprises,and safety of marine environmental.Taking the Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base Terminal as an example,by analyzing and studying the hydrological and meteorological factors such as tides and currents in the terminal and nearby water areas,as well as the channel conditions,a three-dimensional simulation view of the electronic chart and navigation environment of the water area is established.A large ship maneuvering simulator is used to design a training plan for ship piloting skills.Through the form of“virtual piloting”,pilots are trained to pilot representative ship types in various unfavorable currents training on entry navigation and berthing maneuvering skills under conditions such as wind conditions.Through analyzing a large amount of data obtained from experiments,safety maneuvering precautions and safety driving operation limitations were proposed to ensure piloting safety.
